Oction Consulting And Marketing Inc., operating as Oction Agency (“we”, “us”), provides web design, search marketing and paid advertising services to businesses in Canada and the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through oction.agency and how we use it.

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management platform, HighLevel, and in our business email. These providers may store data outside your province, state or country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, including under Canada’s PIPEDA and applicable US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to ask us to stop contacting you.
